Short bio (up to 60 words)

The first 1–2 sentences appear in preview on most podcast apps.

Focus on:

- what you know - what you have done - what conversations you can contribute to

Write as if introducing yourself to a podcast host.

Section 3 - Topics

Main topics you can speak about

List 3-5 topics you can bring to a podcast.

Example:

- startup funding - ADHD productivity - horror fiction - climate policy - documentary filmmaking

Section 4 - Audio Clip

We recommend 60 - 90 seconds in length.

Upload your audio introduction in MP3 or WAV format.

Content guide: - say your name - what you do - what you can speak about - type of conversations you enjoy

Audio quality standards:

- record in a quiet space

- use a phone, microphone, or headset

- speak clearly at a natural pace

- avoid background music

- avoid heavy echo and reverb

- use normal speaking volume

- strictly no AI-generated voices

You do not need professional equipment but the audio should be easy to listen to.

Submissions with poor audio quality will not be approved.
